Again, this month is going to be a modge podge of pictures in all kinds of crazy order :)
Charlie didn't go to school on the day of his class picture so I was able to witness how two photographers can capture the attention of 13 kids (2 not pictured) and 2 teachers. If you click on this picture it will enlarge. Charlie has the cutest little smirk on his face (bottom left). The trick? The photographer blew some bubbles and then popped them on his nose while the other photographer snapped the picture! Genius.
Charlie received this super cute lion card in the mail from his JJ and Aunt Line.
The inside:
Charlie has decided over the past couple of months that he doesn't like to eat food. Awesome. Don't worry about giving us advice because trust me, we've tried it ALL!!!! For a little while this food chart worked. He got a sticker when he ate his whole meal and then when it was full we took him to the toy store to get a prize. As I said, it worked for a little while and then he figured us out and quit eating again. Next month I'll show you what we tried next.
This is how he ate his donut... smart boy!!
Charlie talking about the beach at school
During the summer at Charlie's school he has splash day (Thursday this year) where he plays outside in the water in the morning and then gets to pick a treat from the ice cream truck in the afternoon. His teacher said he always chose the red, white and blue bomb pop... every time. He's a creature of habit (kinda like his Papa Jess). In June, Charlie was also really starting to notice all the different makes of cars (as you can see below). He would often argue with his mommy and daddy, proving that he was correct. He knows the make of all his family members cars (grandparents, aunts and uncles too) and most of my friends' cars too!! Such a boy...
We had a little lunch get together with our mom's group to celebrate baby Max's arrival.

We took Charlie to see Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. I won some movie tickets at work so it was free. I would not recommend seeing it... pretty lame.
