Kendall's Shower

I co-hosted a shower with five other Marshall ladies (including my mom) for my very best friend from growing up, Kendall.  Kendall and I met in 7th grade and were LITERALLY inseparable in junior high and high school.  Ask anyone who knew us then, it was a little humorous how much time we spent together.  She was even my maid of honor in my wedding.  I was thrilled to shower Kendall and Zach as they prepared for baby Ryan's arrival.

The hostesses with the mommy-to-be: Ranell, Jill, Debra, Kendall, Janet and me (not pictured Missy)
Kendall, Cassidy and I were all very close in high school.  I found some old pictures of the three of us from high school and then at the shower and put them together here.  Top left: I'm thinking this was when we were home from college one Christmas.  Top right: Homecoming court our senior year.  Bottom left: cheerleading together our junior year.  Bottom right: Kendall's shower
 I love these girls
We were also really close with sweet Heather.  The four of us cheered together all four years in high school.  Such a fun reunion with these girls!!  Love you all
Kendall received lots of great gifts for precious little Ryan.  It was such a fun shower and it was an honor to host it for my bestie!

I couldn't resist posting just a few pics of Kendall and me over the years...
Summer after 7th grade: Yes, we are seriously wearing matching airbrushed t-shirts in Destin, Florida.  Dang, we were cool.  You wish you had one too!
Senior year: Go Marshall Mavericks!!  I love this picture of us.
Junior year: This was from cheerleading camp.  Our theme that day was Harley Davidson clothes.  Wow!!
Senior year: No this is not a joke... we seriously had senior pictures taken together.  This reminds me of something that you would see on a TV show of embarrassing pictures from the past.  Strange but yet hilarious.  There is a lot that could be said about this picture... :)
Junior year: Pep Rally... I'm not sure if our jeans could get any higher!!
Sophomore year: We both went to the senior prom... love the up-dos!!

I was laughing hysterically looking at some pictures of us.  I just had to narrow it down so as to not bore you with our little inside secrets :)  I love you Kendall so much.  Thanks for always being such a dear, precious friend to me.
